As co-founder and CEO, Will takes ultimate responsibility for ensuring that the business is executing on its strategy to automate property diligence. Will values ability over experience and the importance of long-term thinking. As an outsider to the property industry, Will enjoys asking "Why?". Given his background in the space industry, he is convinced that one day he will visit Mars.

Prior to co-founding Orbital, Ed qualified as a lawyer and worked as an advisor to startups in the UK Space Sector. He never made it to space but he was inspired by the entrepreneurial spirit he saw to start Orbital. Ed is responsible for working with stakeholders across the property industry to promote and achieve the company’s vision.

Ex-M&A lawyer at Clifford Chance, Aisha transitioned into LegalTech at Tessian before starting at Orbital in 2019 as its inaugural sales hire. Aisha has built out the revenue function to include business development and customer success, where she fosters a culture of excellence. Her dynamic leadership blends legal acumen with tech expertise. She was named ‘Woman of the Year’ at Property Week’s 2024 awards.

Andrew brings nearly two decades of leadership and product strategy expertise to VC-backed, AI/ML startups, focusing on data science, cloud services, and web/mobile applications. His key role in transitioning to cloud and mobile, and founding an AI company, equips him uniquely for advancing LLMs in LegalTech, particularly in automating real estate due diligence.

Brandon is a veteran Chief Operating Officer who has successfully scaled four VC-backed startups, three of which exited successfully: one to Nuance Communications, one to Microsoft, and one to Battery Ventures, with a combined exit value of over $500 million. He is now COO at Orbital, where he leads operations and drives company growth in the legal technology market.

Naomi oversees the business operations of Orbital, ensuring the team has the tools, resources and support required to reach our ambitious goals. Her diverse background across operations, events, communications and data analysis has her well placed for the wide ranging role of CoS at a startup! Naomi excels in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, bringing clarity to complex problems.

Lauren combines years of hands-on legal experience with a passion for innovation, having previously spent her career specializing in real estate law, including as a Shareholder with AM Law 100 firm Polsinelli PC, before moving into legal tech to help build AI tools for the next generation of lawyers.

Alex is an expert in legal service innovation and technology, with over 10 years experience as a lawyer, legal technology advisor and in digital strategy, including at the Magic Circle law firm Freshfields and advising the Government, as Director of LawtechUK.  At Orbital, she uses this industry knowledge and network to lead a variety of strategic projects, helping us to achieve our vision.

Having started her career at Google, Robyn specialises in driving value from cutting-edge technology in high-growth, VC-backed businesses. Prior to Orbital, she was Customer Success Director at Sequoia-backed Tessian. She was also a founding member of Google partner, Qubit’s customer function (across Series A-C). Today, Robyn oversees all aspects of OW’s customer journey - leading a growing team of advisors to our prestigious client community.

With over 8 years experience in fintech and proptech marketing, before Orbital, Alex headed up marketing at property investment platform, GetGround. Today, Alex leads our Marketing function - working to build our brand presence, awareness and reputation amongst law firms as well as supporting our sales and product teams.
