Orbital Witness is now Orbital

Six years since we launched as Orbital Witness comes the time for change – and with that, simplicity. Over the coming weeks we begin our official change to be known simply as Orbital. This change reflects the evolution of our company, our expanding product suite and our continued commitment to transforming real estate due diligence through cutting-edge technology.

Why the name change?

When we founded Orbital Witness in 2018, our goal was to revolutionise how real estate professionals navigate property transactions. Inspired by our backgrounds in the space industry, we believed (and still believe) that the ability to map, visualise and contextualise title and property information onto satellite imagery is a crucial part of the due diligence process that is unique to real estate as an asset class. This perspective shaped our original product and our name, Orbital Witness.

However, it was always our ambition to build products to automate each step of the due diligence process. What started as a single product has now expanded into a full suite of technology solutions serving thousands of legal and real estate professionals across the UK and US. As we continue to innovate and automate real estate due diligence, our name must reflect both where we are today and where we are heading.

What’s changing (and what’s staying the same)

To align with our growth, we are simplifying our name to Orbital.

While our company name is evolving, our commitment to you remains unchanged. You can continue to rely on the same exceptional products, dedicated team, and unwavering focus on your success. 

Our product suite will continue under their existing names:

• Orbital Witness – Locate, analyse and visualise property and title data
• Orbital Copilot – Purpose-built AI reporting for commercial real estate due diligence
• Orbital Residential – Automated title checking for residential property professionals
